Thank you for shopping with Ornament Town, LLC. This Payment Policy explains how payments are accepted, processed, and handled when you place an order through our Shopify store.

Payment options may vary depending on your device, browser, and checkout settings.
Please note that Amazon Pay, PayPal Wallet, USDC, and ACH Direct Debit are not currently enabled unless they are displayed as available payment options at checkout.
Payment Processing
Payment is due in full at the time your order is placed.
We use automatic payment capture, which means your payment is charged when your order is successfully placed through checkout.
Orders are only processed after payment has been successfully authorized and captured. If your payment is declined, cannot be authorized, or cannot be captured, your order will not be processed.
Shop Pay Installments
Shop Pay Installments may be available for eligible orders at checkout.
If you choose Shop Pay Installments, your payment arrangement is handled by the applicable third-party installment provider. Eligibility, approval, repayment terms, fees, and any related conditions are determined by that provider and will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Ornament Town, LLC does not control approval decisions for installment payments.
Pricing, Currency, and Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices shown on our website do not include applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated. Sales tax, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable tax rules.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will also be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We currently sell and ship within the United States only.
Made-to-Order and Personalized Products
Our products are personalized and/or made to order.
Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, please review all order details carefully before completing checkout, including names, personalization, spelling, quantities, product options, shipping address, and contact information.
We may not be able to cancel or change an order once it has entered production.
Order Confirmation
After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at info@ornamenttown.com.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please:
- Verify that your billing and payment information is correct.
- Confirm that sufficient funds or credit are available.
- Contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider for assistance.
- Retry your purchase using the same or a different payment method.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be successfully processed.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Because our items are personalized, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for buyer’s remorse. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or with missing items, we will review your claim in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of claim approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Fraud Prevention and Order Verification
To protect our customers and business, we reserve the right to:
- Verify payment, billing, shipping, or order information before processing an order.
- Request additional information where necessary to confirm an order.
- Delay, refuse, or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent, unauthorized, high-risk, or in violation of our Terms of Service.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been captured, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
